Nicole Scherzinger will take to the stage at this year's Olivier Awards.

The British theatre ceremony is taking place at the Royal Opera House in London on April 12.

The singer will perform 'Memory' from the musical Cats, which she appeared in until recently.

Scherzinger is nominated for the Best Supporting Actress in a Musical gong for her part as Grizabella in Cats.

Other nominees include Memphis the Musical, which has nine nods, and Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, which has eight nominations.

The Ruling Class' James McAvoy meanwhile will vie for the Best Actor prize.
