Ex-Pussycat Doll turned solo artist, Nicole Scherzinger, has teamed up with Plan B to create some "edgy" pop music. 

The 'She Said' hit maker was recently nominated for 3 BRIT Awards and is known for not only his roots in grime, but his ability to fuse genres seamlessly. He spoke to The Sun newspaper about the pairing and explained what happened during their initial meeting:

"We had a bowl of nuts and olives on our table when we met up so I just concentrated hard on them as she was so beautiful."

He also added:

"I don't know what kind of direction she is going for with her new album."

"But anything that I do with her would be quite edgy and not straightforward pop."
