Singer Nicole Scherzinger has admitted that she's unsure if she will be returning to her position as an X Factor judge in the UK.

The 'Poison' songstress, who is currently promoting her new single 'Boomerang', has revealed to Yahoo! OMG that Cowell is yet to ask her to come back for a new season so her plans for this coming year are currently up in the air:

"I don’t know yet. You know right now I am focusing on the music- I’m so excited, I’m here to promote my new single Boomerang, BOOM!”

She added: "So I’m here and I’m focusing on that. We haven’t had the conversation yet about X Factor. I love the UK, I had the best time last year, you guys are as bonkers as I am!”

'Boomerang' will be released in the UK on March 10, but it was played on radio stations for the first time today (January 24).
