Noel Gallagher has unveiled a teaser clip for his forthcoming single and video, 'The Death of You and Me'. 

The star recently announced plans to release solo material and his first offering has now been confirmed as this single, which is due to be officially made available on August 21.

The trailer posted features a brief message from the director, Mike Bruce, and showcases the style in which the video has been shot. The black and white style is complimented with a scratched effect and one of the props shown on camera is an old stagecoach. 

Gallagher himself talks a little during the clip, and says "it's really hard to talk about your own music. I really like it, you know, what can I say? It's amazing!"

His debut solo album, 'Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds', will be released on October 19 through his own label, Sour Mash.
