Olly Murs reveals Adele praise: 'She said it was her favourite song I had ever done'

Cheeky hitmaker Olly Murs has revealed that he was very flattered when Adele praised one of his singles and described it as her favourite song by him.

He told The Sun newspaper that she really likes 'Dear Darlin'' and told him what she thought of it when they ran into one another: “The one thing I always remember is Adele saying to me that Dear Darlin’ was her favourite song I had ever done. Even if Adele had just listened to it once, I would have been over the moon."

The 'Busy' star also opened up about his bond with Robbie Williams, adding: "I always really looked up to Robbie before I met him. Now we are really good mates and he has become part of my life."

"We are very similar entertainers but different performers. He has been a great mentor to me and has always been very supportive. He has been like an older brother to me but I don’t really want to say that because he is such an icon.”
