Olly Murs thinks the Eurovision curse has been broken

Olly Murs thinks the Eurovision curse won't hit recently reformed boyband Blue and has said they'll benefit from the contest's widespread exposure.

The 'Please Don't Let Me Go' singer told The Daily Star that the popular four piece have a great career ahead despite finishing in eleventh place on Saturday, May 14:

"Eurovision has been a bad omen for a lot of people but it’s different for them."

“They’ve got a big fanbase. People might say it was a mistake them doing Eurovision but I don’t think so, they’ll be fine going ahead."

He recently voiced his support for the 'One Love' stars and is proud of how they represented the UK in Germany:

"It was the best the UK have done in a long while and the lads did me proud.”

The talented young performer also tweeted earlier that he is spending today house hunting after previously revealing that he still lives in his family home in Essex. Watch his rendition of 'Busy' live from Radio 1's Big Weekend here:
