Olly Murs will 'battle' Cheryl Cole over book release

'Please Don't Let Me Go' hitmaker Olly Murs is expecting a bit of a 'battle' on his hands as his book comes out just one week later than Cheryl Cole's upcoming literary offering, 'Cheryl Cole: Official Autobiography'.

Murs has previously revealed his admiration for Cole both as a singer and as a beautiful woman, and famously asked for her phone number via Twitter earlier this year, although he isn't expecting a shout out on the pages of her book:

"I won't be in Cheryl's book I don't think, but going in a book battle's going to be fine. Cheryl is amazing; great artist, lovely person – it will be fun."

"It will be interesting to see who wins, but if she comes out on top I'm not going to be worried about that."

His book, called 'Happy Days', will be released on October 11 and Cole's will be available to purchase from September 30.
