Hear it HERE and watch the video on VEVO HERE. “Crying in the Club” is the first release from her upcoming debut solo album The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving.  After revealing the album title on social media this past weekend, Camila explained, “The hurting, The healing, The loving’ is the story of my journey from darkness into light, from a time when I was lost to a time when I found myself again.”

Camila co-wrote “Crying in the Club” with Sia and it was produced by Benny Blanco (Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran). Driven by her powerhouse voice and irresistible charisma, “Crying in the Club” sports a hashtag-worthy hook “crying in the club.” Not only is it bound to be one of the summer’s biggest songs, but it also introduces this multi-talented artist’s next chapter. Top listeners on Spotify during the first week of release will be rewarded with an exclusive Camila t-shirt.

On Sunday, May 21, Camila takes the stage at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas for her television debut performance of “Crying in the Club”. In addition, Camila will perform a special encore of another new song “I Have Questions” along with exclusive content and behind-the-scenes for Comcast Xfinity X1 users, immediately following the live broadcast of the Billboard Awards. “I Have Questions” will be available globally at 12:00pm PT on May 21st.

“Crying in the Club” arrives hot on the heels of “Bad Things”—Camila’s #1 US smash hit and top 10 worldwide with Machine Gun Kelly, which they performed on Radio 1 Live Lounge. Among many accolades, “Bad Things” generated over 240 million Spotify streams, garnered a platinum plaque, and received “Best Collaboration” at the Radio Disney Music Awards. It also set the stage for her upcoming solo record.

Camila spent the first part of 2017 quietly working on what has become her new album. Devoted to every detail, she wrote or co-wrote each song, collaborating closely with a bevy of heavy hitters such as Pharrell, Frank Dukes, Charli XCX, Ryan Tedder, MXM, Diplo, Benny Blanco, Sia, Stargate and more. As a result, the music tells her story like never before, inviting fans closer than ever and showcasing her spirit as an artist.

During an interview with Newsweek, Ryan Tedder recently declared, “She’s not only an incredible singer, but she’s also the most talented young artist I think I’ve worked with in songwriting in the longest time.” Diplo described her as “amazing.” Of working with her, Charli XCX proclaimed, “Honestly I was floored.” Meanwhile, Shawn Mendes put it best calling her, “The best female vocalist ever.”

Camila is also featured on J Balvin and Pitbull’s “Hey Ma” from the worldwide hit film Fate of the Furious and its chart-topping soundtrack. The trio delivered an explosive performance of “Hey Ma” at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
