Comedy has thankfully been keeping folks laughing throughout these uncertain covid times, whether it be outside or inside venues, with comedians constantly performing throughout the Los Angeles area. Affordable and entertaining, it is a must-have for all folks who need a boost in their daily lives.

On Thursday 28th at the legendary Feinstein’s Room at Vitello’s, comedy legend and actor Jamie Kennedy will be headlining and bringing his quirky, hilarious, upbeat and above all, sincere set of jokes and life observations. Kennedy refreshingly walks to his own drum with a biting wit he casually delivers in a nonchalant manner, one that keeps the audience on their toes, yes, Kennedy makes you think. And if you don’t, he will cheekily let you know! He is one of the greats that has stayed authentic and true to his beliefs (in the manner of Dave Chappelle & Bill Maher) and does not cow-tail to the bullying pressure of cancel culture. Speaking of cancel culture comedian and leading publicist Christine Peake will be taking double duty as comedian and show producer. Peake uses her job as a publicist and journalist to unashamedly cancel ‘cancel culture’ and talk about her views on current affairs, “Stop apologizing for sh*t you didn’t do and just be better people!”

Also pulling double duty as comedian and producer, co-host is Jessica Winther who takes no prisoners as she dishes on parenting, divorce and exposes the real housewife life. Talented Winther is fresh off performing at The Comedy Store and is heading to Las Vegas to perform in the prestigious Laugh After Dark show.

Comedy staple and fan favorite Jimmy Shin who is a seasoned veteran and headliner on the comedy circuit and consistently delivers his hilarious take on Asian culture and tells funny personal stories.

New Yorker Paul Costabile shares his experiences as a new father, Nicky Paris - a talented specialist with his audience work, shares family life and the energetic Vargus Mason delivers double duty as he physically commits to his stories in an athletic manner Jim Carey style.

JESSICA WINTHER A Las Vegas native, Jessica Winther has become an established Los Angeles based comedian, who quickly rose to become a popular fixture on the comedy circuit not only as a comedian, but as a successful comedy show producer. Having appeared in several movies and commercials, Winther smartly chose to laser focus on standup which is her first love and has since been an unstoppable force, as a performer and a producer. She performs all over the USA and has shared the stage with comedic legends Darell Hammond, Max Amini and Jeremy Piven. Her infectious and brave honesty is unique, as she takes the audience on a live journey tackling marriage, divorce, parenting, dating and hilariously asks “What’s Happening?!” She will then let you know exactly what’s happening!

JIMMY SHIN Jimmy has been mixing his musical and comedic talents all of his life. After graduating from California Western School of Law, Jimmy decided to take a more humorous path. After moving to Los Angeles, Jimmy has been performing all around the country and producing shows at The World Famous Comedy Store. He has performed regularly at the Improv, Laugh Factory and The Comedy Store. His break came when he performed three times on The Tonight Show.

NICKY PARIS Named “A Comic To Watch” by The Huffington Post, Nicky Paris is an Italian-American stand-up comedian whose career began in New York City at the ripe age of 17, where he quickly became a fixture in the Big Apple’s comedy circuit. Nicky’s standout and electrifying comedy has earned praises from a multitude of media outlets and publications such as Entertainment Tonight, Forbes, The Los Angeles Times, TMZ, Forbes, People Magazine and more, as not only one of comedy’s budding LGBTQ standout acts breaking down barriers but as a universal rising force in standup comedy.

PAUL COSTABILE Paul Costabile is a host, comedian, writer, producer and entertainment reporter. He is the host of the iconic revival of Beat The Clock on Universal Kids and Peacock. He also appears on daily segments on NBC's New York Live and hosted Doodle Wars on NBC’s digital network Bluprint. More recently, Paul interviewed the band One Republic for The Netflix/NBCU series Once in a Lifetime Sessions.

VARGUS MASON The media first dubbed Vargus “THE HUMAN CARTOON” as a finalist for the 2002 San Francisco Comedy Competition. Since then he’s developed his highly physical movements and arsenal of animated voices to do whatever it takes to make you laugh. His humor has been seen on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Russell Simmons Def Comedy Jam, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, Comics Unleashed & Entertainers with Byron Allen, BET’s Comic-View and VH1. Vargus was Comedy Central’s online red carpet host for the Celebrity Roast of Flavor Flav. Vargus takes a great deal of pride performing abroad for the military, having traveled to over 40 countries as an entertainer for the U.S. Troops.
