P!nk has admitted that she and husband Carey Hart have had breaks in their marriage.

The coupled tied the knot in 2006 and have a child called Willow together.

However, the singer told the Ellen DeGeneres Show that the pair spent time apart in the early years of their marriage.

P!nk said: "We take breaks. We've had two breaks.

"The first one was about a year and the second one was about 11 months."

Joking about having another break, the US star said: "We're due!"
