Stylish singer Pixie Lott often asks her boyfriend if "something makes [her] look bad" before stepping out in it.

The 'Mama Do' songstress has designed her own jewellery and accessory range for Rock N' Rose, and is proud of the results.

Speaking about posing to promote her own range, Lott revealed she turns to model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire for style tips.

She explained: "We definitely tell each other when we don't like what the other is wearing. But Oliver is as much into his fashion as I am so he loves all that kind of stuff. I do ask him for his opinion on what I should wear or if something makes me look bad."

Lott is famed for her playful dress sense, and says Cheshire admires her aim to be different and daring with her wardrobe choices.

She told new! magazine: "I think he'd tell me if I was taking it too far but I think he likes that I quirk things up a little - because he does it as well!

She jokingly added: "Sometimes he wears the cat ears!"
