PJ Harvey composes for Hamlet

PJ Harvey has revealed that she has composed music for a London production of Shakespeare's Hamlet which is currently playing at the Young Vic Theatre.

The play is directed by Ian Rickson and stars 'Frost/Nixon' actor Michael Sheen as Hamlet.

Hamlet's former lover, Ophelia, is played by Vinette Robinson, and it is this character that performs the 'Let England Shake' star's music.

The play's run commenced on October 28 and will continue until January 21 2012.
