Fresh off performances for the United Nations and the Human Rights Campaign, Almost Owen is gearing up to release A LOT of new music.

Isaac Haselkorn, better known as Almost Owen (AO for short) began performing as a drummer in dive bars and jazz clubs from the early age of 11.

A few years later while studying at Berklee College of Music, he grabbed the attention of Grammy Award winning musicians Jamey Haddad and Danilo Perez, who would include him in studio sessions, tours and performances with Paul Simon, Wayne Shorter, Joe Lovano and other jazz legends.

Their advice? Travel internationally, study broad music styles, and perform for audiences everywhere.

Four years and 500+ shows across 12 countries later, AO is back in his home city of Boston, winning acclaim from fans and critics alike for his undeniable songwriting and electric performances.

Based on the groundswell of support from his growing local following,The Improper Bostonian named him one of the 25 most influential personalities in the city. His most recent single "I Should Know Better" is currently in rotation on I Heart Radio syndicated stations in Boston, New York, Nashville, Atlanta, and Connecticuit. 'I Should Know Better' along with his three other tracks have racked up over 160K streams on Spotify.

On April 23, Almost Owen releases his new single, "Something in You" : a warm, yet haunting acoustic record about the difficulties of letting go. The sound and vibe pay homage to John Mayer's Continuum days, as well as the lyricism and self awareness of Paul Simon at his best. He wrote, produced and recorded the song in his bedroom studio, just outside of Boston, MA,

Stay tuned in 2019 for new Almost Owen songs, coming out each month.
