HURTS announce two live shows for February 2013

Hurts have announced two new live dates for February 2013 in London and Berlin.

The London show, which is part of the NME Awards shows, will take place at Heaven on Thursday 7th February and will be the bands first UK show since they headlined Brixton Academy on 4th November 2011.  The Berlin show will take place two days later at Berlin’s Postbahnhof on Saturday 9th February.

Hurts - Theo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson - are currently in the studio finishing their second album, which will be the follow-up to their 2010 debut ‘Happiness’, which will be released in Spring 2013.

‘Happiness’ entered the UK album charts at #4 with over 25,000 sales making Hurts the fastest selling new band of 2010 in the UK. They have now reached over 2,000,000 sales worldwide earning 14 top 10 iTunes positions including #1s in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Finland and Luxembourg.

‘Happiness’ was officially certified Gold in the UK and Austria, and 2 x Platinum in Germany and Finland, and Platinum in Poland, Switzerland, and Russia, with the band selling over 250,000 tickets on tour.

Full tour dates are as follows:
