Radiohead to unveil free newspaper

Indie rockers Radiohead have stepped up their game with the promotion of their new album, 'The King Of Limbs', and have revealed that they will give away free newspapers to coincide with its release.

The band's new record will be made available from March 28 and they will give out free newspapers, called 'The Universal Sigh', to fans around the world. Radiohead also set up a website, theuniversalsigh.com, to further publicize this exciting project and it features a list of international locations from which the paper can be obtained.

The Oxford based act worked on this venture with an artist named Stanley Donwood, who spoke about it recently:

"My new project, possibly the most ambitious yet, is taking shape across the digital lines of communication,"

"This new project will, if everything goes to plan, involve many major cities of the world. I feel a little like a Bond villain, hiding from the world in this hilltop fastness, with lists of capital cities taped to the walls of my lair, scrumpled versions of my plans littering the metal floor. I should think up a suitable codename for it, perhaps."
