Robbie Williams accidentally broke a fan's arm after falling during one of his gigs.

The singer recently performed at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena, but things went a bit awry when he walked out onto the stage's catwalk.

The 'Swings Both Ways' star bent over to interact with fans before falling off the stage.

Metro Radio Arena general manager Paul Tattenden confirmed that a gig-goer - who the Mirror have named as Margaret Nash - actually injured her arm in the incident.

He said: "We attended to the lady after she said she had pain in her arm.

"We were later told she had broken it. We got in touch with Robbie's production company and they have been in touch with the lady."
