Blonde beauty Sarah Harding has revealed that the Girls Aloud reunion came at the right time because they all have a lot to say after being apart for so long.

Speaking to 'This Morning' earlier today, the 'Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me' songstress explained that the members are all more experienced now after pursuing solo projects, which has given them a lot of inspiration for new Girls Aloud material:

"We are still in rehearsals at the moment. We've all kind of had our solo projects and interests that we wanted to pursue. But we've all come back and we've grown up a lot more, we're a little more diplomatic and have a lot more say."

Harding added that acting isn't her main passion despite what people seem to think and she's incredibly happy to be working on music again: "Everyone seems to think I just want to take off and be an actress and I love to act, don't get me wrong, but I love my music. It's in my blood."
