The Saturdays have stated that they intend to release another album in the future.

The group brought out a greatest hits record today (August 11) and some believed that the quintet might part ways after its accompanying tour.

However, Una Foden told ITV's This Morning that plans are already afoot for the band to work on another album.

She said: "We've actually got another album coming out after the greatest hits, so there is more to come."

The Saturdays meanwhile are due to head out on their greatest hits tour in September.

The UK run will kick off in Glasgow on September 7 before concluding in Plymouth on September 23.
