The Saturdays star struck by the Kardashians

The Saturdays have admitted they would be totally star struck if they ever bumped into the Kardashian clan.

The UK-based girl group - comprising Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Rochelle Wiseman, Una Healy and Vanessa White - are currently promoting their new series 'Chasing The Saturdays' which follows the five piece as they record their new album in Hollywood.

The show airs on E! - the same channel as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which stars famous siblings Kim, Kourtney and Khloe.

King has gushed about the reality TV beauties: "We're huge fans. I don't think we'd be able to be very cool at all. It's weird for us even that when our advert plays we're like, 'Whoa, we're coming on straight after the Kardashians! They might know the name of our band now.' It's just really weird for us."

The Saturdays hope to emulate the Kardashians' popularity overseas.

King added: "They're huge. They closed down a shopping mall at home. The queues in London were massive for the Kardashians. If we could have an inch as much success as they have, we'd be buzzing."
