The Saturdays: 'Our reality show sends a strong message to other girls'

'What About Us' singers The Saturdays have admitted that while they enjoy filming their reality TV series for E!, they are more concerned with the message they put out to girls and they're proud of the attitude they promote.

Vanessa White told London's Metro newspaper that it's important to show females supporting and encouraging each other, which she feels 'Chasing The Saturdays' really does:

"It's good to let people see behind the scenes and show everyone that we do actually get on. We're like a family unit, which is good to put out there for other girls our age."

She added that sometimes the lack of privacy can be stressful, but it would be unfair to exclude certain scenes because they were harder or more personal than others: "They film everything and I do sometimes I did think, 'F**k, I wish they weren't filming this,' because we do have our emotional moments. But we signed up for it, so we have to put it out there."
