Rochelle Humes thinks it's "mad" she's set to become a mother next month.

The Saturdays singer is currently expecting her first child with JLS star husband Marvin Humes, and the pair can't wait to welcome their new arrival.

Rochelle - who recently performed her last gig with her bandmates for a while - took to Twitter today to gush about impending parenthood.

She posted to her fans: "Next month I will be a mum. That's mad.  Sooo exciting x :-) (sic)."

In an interview with Fabulous magazine last month, Rochelle gushed about how wonderfully complimentary her husband has been since she became  pregnant.

She explained:"Marvin thinks I’ve never looked sexier. The bigger I’ve got, the more he’s loved it. I’ve got enormous boobs and a big bum. He thinks it’s so hot.

She added: "It has been weird getting bigger and bigger and I do thank God for Marvin, because he’s been amazing. After the first three months, we were due to go out to a party. I opened my wardrobe, realised I couldn’t fit into anything then sat on the floor and burst into tears, saying we couldn’t go.

“Marvin was so sweet. He didn’t laugh at me or tell me not to be stupid. He went downstairs and then shouted at me to come and get in the car. I was still crying and thinking: ‘What’s he doing?’ We drove to Westfield, he took me straight into Zara and bought me a ton of clothes. I was pretty much crying again because it was so sweet of him."
