Singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes, who just won the Kids' Choice Award for Favourite New Artist, is currently working on a new album and confessed that it is sounding amazing. 

The heartthrob took to his Twitter page last night and shared the following post, which showcases just how excited he is about the project: 

"I am so ridiculously lucky to work with the people i work with, so lucky to have you guys... AHHH I CAN'T EVEN EXPRESS MY EXCITEMENT FOR THIS ALBUM. GUYS, I SERIOUSLY THINK YOURE GONNA LOVE IT!"

Last week, the Canadian sensation told his loyal fans that the flow of the new album is ideal: "Making music in the middle of nowhere, so at peace and happy. I can't believe how well this album is coming together.. It's literally insane. It couldn't be flowing more perfect."

Mendes is set to embark upon a world tour very soon and will bring his live show to London on May 6 with a concert at the Eventim Apollo. Tickets for this UK gig sold out in a matter of minutes, but you can check out the full schedule below:
