Snoop Dogg looks set to brush off his acting skills to film a "stoner movie" with fellow U.S rapper Wiz Khalifa. 

Billboard.com reports that the stars will pair up in May to start working on "a little something for the stoners". Snoop also explained to Billboard how he struck up a friendship with the 'Black and Yellow' star:

"Just being a fan of his music and likewise, he called me to be on a remix,"

"And from the remix, we became close friends and spent time together...[we] made six or seven songs and created an idea to do a movie and a soundtrack, and just a bond -- to build a friendship and build a brotherhood."

Khalifa recently collaborated with Snoop on 'This Weed Is Mine', which features on his forthcoming record 'Doggumentary'. No other details about the film have been released apart from the title, which will be 'High School'.
