Susan Boyle is biggest Brit export

Susan Boyle has been named Britain’s biggest musical export after her first and second albums combined sold nearly 10 million copies overseas.

Sade came in at No.2 having shifted 2.3 million copies of ‘Soldier of Love’ while Mumford & Sons’ debut, ‘Sigh No More,’ sold 1.3 million. Muse’s ‘The Resistance’ came in at No.4 with 1 million copies.

Acts selling 900,000 copies were Gorillaz’s ‘Plastic Beach,’ Phil Collins’ ‘Going Back’ and James Blunt’s ‘Some Kind of Trouble.’
