Take That talk tour rider: 'It's gone from Mars Bars to water and juice machines'

Take That have revealed their backstage rider has changed dramatically over the years.

The group - who are now a trio following the departure of Jason Orange last year - told Magic Radio that they are far healthier.

They have swapped chocolate bars for nuts and water - but there is still a "naughty tray" located backstage.

Gary Barlow said: "It's gone from Mars bars to nuts, water to juices and juice machines.

"Just loads of kale, loads of dust...No, we still have a little naughty tray that might have some chocolate if we want to have a little boost before we go on.

"I used to love it though. Howard on the last tour used to always fill his dressing gown with little snacks in our breaks that we had."
