Earlier this year, Taylor Swift delighted American figure skater Gracie Gold by tweeting that she loved watching her perform and the pair have now finally managed to meet up and hang out. 

Swift told her followers on Twitter and Instagram that they spent time together baking cookies and being silly, which was a lot of fun and also uploaded a picture of them having fun together. 

She posted the photograph of herself posing with the figure skater to her official Instagram page late last night (April 10) and accompanied it with an adorable caption that reads: "First we baked a bunch of cookies and then we made faces. @graceegold."

Upon reading the message, Gold replied to the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' beauty and told her that she had a great time: "@taylorswift13 Had so much at dinner, and loved baking those amazing cookies!!!  #cookiemonsters."
