Taylor Swift drops cryptic 'first clue'

Country-pop sensation Taylor Swift has revealed her very 'first clue' in a brand new Instagram video that she uploaded to her page earlier this afternoon (August 4).

The beauty accompanied the short clip, in which she can be seen pushing the button to the 18th floor in an elevator 6 times, with the telling caption: "So, here's your first clue..."

While Swift is yet to give any more information as to what the clue alludes to, fans have begun speculating that it might be pointing towards the date she shares a brand new song from her forthcoming studio album.

Speaking about her upcoming new record recently, the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' beauty teased that it's her 'favourite thing' she has ever done: "I’ve already been working very hard on it and it’s already my favourite thing that I’ve ever created. So the idea that after Asia, I get to go back and finish everything and get everything completely done and wrapped up for a new project, it’s very exciting.”

It has also been announced that Swift will debut brand new material at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, which will take place in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand on September 19 and 20.
