Taylor Swift is 'always' thinking about her next tour

Taylor Swift has confirmed that she is always contemplating her next tour.

The singer is due to release her next album '1989' on October 27, but no live shows have yet been announced.

The US star's Red tour, which took place over a year between 2013 and 2014, was hugely popular and fans are wanting to know when Swift will hit the road again.

The singer, however, told Capital FM that her mind is always thinking about her live show.

Swift said: "I'm always thinking about the tour. As soon as I write a song I start thinking about, 'Oh, what would this be like [live]? Would it be in the set list? Where would we put this?'."

"I'm always thinking about that because it's my favourite element of things, when you put out a song and then you get to look out at the crowd at the O2, singing the words back. It's a pretty surreal moment."

The singer has already released the track 'Shake It Off' from her new record.
