Taylor Swift included in Forbes' Most Powerful Women of 2015 list

'Bad Blood' songstress Taylor Swift has been recognised as one of the world's most influential women by Forbes magazine.

The superstar has made Forbes' Power Women List for first time and the 100-strong collection is comprised of "performers, tastemakers, executives and entrepreneurs who are making an impact". Ranking at No.65, Swift is also the youngest woman to make this year's list.

Forbes magazine explained that the "criteria is based on the reach of each woman's influence and relevance, and is ranked by money and media momentum" as well each individuals commitment to "use their celebrity to better the lives of people around the world through philanthropy or humanitarian efforts".

She was included for making the bold decision to pull her back catalogue from Spotify, for her incredible social media presence, and for donating all proceeds from her track 'Welcome To New York' to public schools in New York City.
