Taylor Swift makes 'Country Songs' chart history

'Begin Again' beauty Taylor Swift has made chart history with her popular anthemic break-up single, 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.

The songstress has set an all-time record for the most weeks at No.1 by a solo female for the track in Billboard's Country Songs ranking after enjoying nine weeks in the top spot, beating Country Music Hall of Fame honoree Connie Smith who spent eight weeks there in 1964 with 'Once a Day'.

Billboard.com also reports that no other artist has spent more than nine weeks at No.1 since singer-songwriter Buck Owens led for a phenomenal 16 weeks in '63-'64 with 'Love's Gonna Live Here'.
