Taylor Swift: 'I'd work with Eminem'

Taylor Swift has said that she wouldn't mind working alongside Eminem on new music.

The country-pop star revealed her affection for hip-hop to InStyle magazine, but assured fans that this wouldn't take her in a new sonic direction at the moment.

Swift said: "I love hip-hop so much. There's something so honest about it."

Asked if she would be willing to collaborate with Eminem, the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker added: "Nobody wants to hear me rap, but I'd sing a chorus for someone for sure. I would sign up for that in a heartbeat."

Swift recently admitted that she started writing songs because she didn't have anyone to talk to, saying: "As sad as that sounds, I was going through this really hard time at school where I didn't have any friends. Songwriting for me just started out as therapy."

The singer also said that one of her greatest "fears" is ending up lonely: "My fears circle around me making the wrong choices and messing this up for myself. I don’t want to end up being awful and intolerable. Alone." Watch the video for Taylor Swift's 'I Knew You Were Trouble' below:
