Taylor Swift has reportedly referenced one of her songs in a trespassing sign outside her home.

A picture has emerged of a new warning message erected outside of her massive $17m Rhode Island home that quips on her hit 2012 track 'I Knew You Were Trouble'.

The sign reads: "I knew you were trouble when you walked in. NO TRESPASSING."

Swift is said to have moved into the expansive property, which reportedly sits by a beach, in May.

The Daily Mail claim that the superstar singer paid for the $17m house in one single wire transfer.
