The Script unveil new song 'Superheroes'

The Script have debuted their new single.

The Irish group are releasing the track 'Superheroes' on August 31 as the first cut from their upcoming album 'No Sound Without Silence'.

Today (July 21) the band issued the track to UK radio and uploaded it on their YouTube VEVO page.

Speaking as the song got its premiere, The Script said on Twitter: "Live on radio one now! Superheroes playing it's first world wide play! Mental shizzzzz!"

Singer Danny O'Donoghue meanwhile recently revealed that he filed a sexual assault complaint against a fan after being touched at a gig last year.

He said: "This guy went right under and properly grabbed by balls. So all I could think of doing was turning round and punching him in the face...I felt that my life was in danger.

"His friends started to come at me, it was a big deal...Luckily, the security got them all back...He started saying he was going to call police so I filed a complaint to say the bloke sexually assaulted me and I just reacted."

The Script's new album 'No Sound Without Silence' is set for a September 15 release.
