The Script excited to "part ways" for a while

Irish rockers The Script are looking forward to taking a break later this year after almost a year of extensive worldwide touring.

The 'Man Who Can't Be Moved' stars wowed crowds at this weekend's V Festival and have also recently announced a two-month long string of dates that will take them across the U.S from August 30 onwards, but can't wait to step out of the spotlight for a well-deserved rest.

Guitarist Mark Sheehan told the Daily Star newspaper, "we have our first break in November and we’re gonna part ways for a month and then come back and start thinking about album three."

"All any of us wanna do is go home, go for a walk down the shop and buy some milk, go to the local pub.”
