The Script escape hotel fire

Irish rockers The Script found themselves out in the cold last night (January 16) after a fire broke out in the hotel they were staying at.

Danny O'Donoghue and the lads posted a photograph to their official band's Twitter page (pictured below) that showed them standing in the snow next to a fire engine and they captioned the snapshot with: "Had to Evacuate the building last night because of a fire!!!"

The 'Walk Away' singers were in Germany at the time and were forced to leave the building while firefighters took care of the situation and O'Donoghue took to his own social networking page this morning (January 17) to tell fans that they're all fine:

"Fire in the hotel!!! Mark thought it was me!! I thought it was him!! #coastisclear"

Meanwhile, the guys are enjoying a day of press in a German city and added: "First interview of the day in Cologne! I'm makin the tea ;-) G"
