The Wanted confirm forest gig

Popular British boyband The Wanted are the latest act to be confirmed for a special forest gig later this year.

The 'Glad You Came' stars have signed up to perform at Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury in Gloucestershire on July 20 as part of the Forestry Commission Live Music's concert series and other stars who have joined the initiative include Ed Sheeran and Razorlight.

Speaking about the exciting alfresco gig, The Wanted's Nathan Skyes explained that it is very close to the area he grew up in so can't wait:

"It's so cool for me to do a home show in such a great place."

Meanwhile, the lads are still on tour in the USA and took to their official Twitter page last night (February 5) to tell their followers that they were heading to Vegas, teasing: "WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS."

Tickets for the outdoor concert will go onsale at 9am on Friday, February 10.
