The Wanted return to the UK, receive warm welcome home

Boyband The Wanted have finally arrived back in the UK and took to their individual Twitter accounts to thank fans for welcoming them home.

The guys have been in the USA on a promotional trip in support of their debut stateside EP and touched down earlier this afternoon (April 19). They revealed their excitement at being back in the country and member Siva Kaneswaran tweeted:

"Home sweet home!!! Now someone get me some tea bags lol. I cud do with carmines chipper right now from blanch lol thanks to all the girls for comin to the airport! What does everyone think of CTS?"

Nathan Sykes, who recently celebrated his birthday while in America, added: "Thanks for all of the awesome birthday cards and gifts from everyone who came to see us at the airport! It's good to be home! :) x"

 

 

 

Jay McGuiness also spoke about his return and admitted he was glad to be met with "some familiar faces" at the airport:

"Thank a million to everyone welcoming us home at the airport! It was nice to see some familiar faces (and new ones too) you babes!"
