The Wanted star Max George has dismissed speculation linking him to Lindsay Lohan.

The actress has been mentioned in the same breath as the pop group numerous times recently after word spread that she had been at a few of their gigs.

Lohan raised eyebrows even more recently by posting a photo on Instagram of herself and Max George fooling around in what looks like a bedroom.

This instantly led to suggestion that she could be dating the 'I Found You' singer - something that he denies.

When a Twitter fan messaged George to say that she would "die" if her idol was going out with Lohan, the singer replied:

"I'm not so you're fine!:) x."

As previously reported, The Wanted have recently released a new 'fan version' of their 'I Found You' video.

It sees the group performing with instruments for a TV audience full of adoring fans.
