The Wanted admit Justin Bieber collaboration won't be on new album

The Wanted have confirmed that tracks written with Justin Bieber and Rita Ora won't feature on their new album.

The UK-Irish boyband are due to release new record 'Word of Mouth' in September and it had previously been revealed that the likes of Bieber and Ora had helped write some songs.

However, Siva Kaneswaran told Digital Spy that the cuts didn't match the overall sound of their album, meaning that they were left out.

The singer did confirm that they could see the light of day in the future. He said:

"We wrote with Justin and Rita, but for all of us, we've always said that if a song was right to release, we'd release it. They're great songs, but in regards to our sound right now and the album, they weren't right."

The 'We Own The Night' star added: "We still have them and we can still use them and put them out at the right time."
