The Wanted's new album will deal with their recent 'struggles'

UK based boyband The Wanted have teased fans with a little more information on the songs that make up their forthcoming new studio album, 'Word Of Mouth'.

The record has already faced a delay along with the news that it won't feature the Justin Bieber collaboration fans expected, but the lads have now explained that it will deal with the struggles they've faced over the past two years as a group

Member Jay McGuiness talked about the impending release at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday (September 21) and confessed that it's personal and emotional: "I think some of it will be what you'd expect, which are party songs and club mixes..."

"But there will be some that I think are more reflective of two years of some struggle. So you don't want hands in the air for a struggle song. You want an orchestra and want to emote a little and hopefully there's a mix of both."

Singer Tom Parker also addressed the delay, which means that 'Word Of Mouth' will now be released on November 4, and added that they had to push the date back to work on getting the music to 'flow' throughout the entire tracklisting: "We wanted to make sure the album really flowed. So it wasn't random orchestral bits, random dubstep. So we really feel like it flows now."
