Sir Tom Jones on leaving The Voice: 'They can go f*ck themselves'

Sir Tom Jones says the producers of The Voice can "go f*ck themselves" after he was dumped from the show earlier this year.

The veteran singer was told his contract wasn't being renewed ahead of the BBC's next series, which is due to air in early 2016.

Jones has been on the show's panel since it started in 2012, but he has been replaced by Boy George.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, the singer said he found out about the news through his son Mark.

Jones revealed: "I said, 'I don't give a f*ck'.

"I enjoyed it, but if they don't want me any more, they can go f*ck themselves."

Also joining the new panel is Paloma Faith, who replaces Rita Ora following her move to the X Factor.
