Tulisa Contostavlos has praised her X Factor predecessor Cheryl Cole.

Tulisa replaced the outgoing Cole when she left the show at the start of the last series, joining fellow newbies Gary Barlow and Kelly Rowland.

Whilst at Free radio, Tulisa was asked who she thinks should replace Kelly Rowland, who left the show recently. She said in reply:

"If I was a producer and I was picking judges for the show, I would probably go for different people than who I would like if I was on the show and wanted sitting next to me. I was a big fan of the show before I was on the panel, so I used to love watching Cheryl, so I would, yeah. I don't think that's going to happen though."
