Tulisa Contostavlos was left a little shaken after enduring an earthquake in Bulgaria.

A quake with a magnitude of 5.8 on the Richter scale hit near Sofia, Bulgaria earlier - and the X Factor judge was in the country at the time.

She took to Twitter to document the situation, stating that she couldn't sleep after it - with the whole building "swinging" too. She said:

"WWWtttff how can I just get caught in an earthquake...Thought the whole building was coming down...Thought it was The Exorcist looool I can't b**ody sleep after that...I've been in a few earthquakes but that was the strongest...Twas a lot...Building was swinging."

Skins actor Jack O'Connell was also privy to the earthquake, tweeting: "Just about pooed myself. #heroic."

To which Tulisa replied: "...calm down babe I'm here 4 ya hahahahaha #bunbulgaria LMFAO."
