Tulisa hits back at Louis Walsh jibe

Tulisa Contostavlos has responded to a comment made by fellow X Factor judge Louis Walsh that said the singer was "rough round the edges".

As previously reported, Walsh was quoted in a magazine interview saying that Tulisa isn't much more than a "chav in a tracksuit", hinting that she thinks she is too big for her boots.

Tulisa has now fired back at the 60-year-old Irishman, telling Bliss magazine that she deserves her place on the X Factor judging panel and that Walsh is out of touch with the music industry. The 'Live It Up' star said:

"I'm not any less educated in music just because I'm a newbie on the scene. I still deserve my spot on the panel. When was Westlife's last number one? Because mine was a couple of weeks ago. Ha! Don't give me all that 'selling millions of records' rubbish. Because how long ago was that?"

In the same interview, Tulisa also spoke of how she once went on a night out with One Direction and X Factor apprentices Little Mix, resulting in somewhat squiffy consequences.
