Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed that she is happy she doesn't have a boyfriend - because it means she can concentrate on the X Factor.

The singer is one of four judges on this year's series and she is helping mentor the girl category, which includes the likes of Lucy Spraggan.

She is vying to win the competition with one of her acts and it seems she is happy she has time to spend on concentrating on her singers. The Sun quotes her as saying:

"No man to stress about. I can just chill out and get on with my job."

The N-Dubz star has come under fire recently for appearing to put her acts second as she partied in Ibiza.

However, she tweeted that she is thinking about the X Factor: "I'm raving in Ibiza but I still have X factor on the mind. Lemme just say it again VOTE AMY!!!!"
