Usher has proclaimed that his new song 'Scream' can be a summer hit.

The hip hop star told MTV News that the song, which is from his album 'Looking 4 Myself', can be a summer anthem.

However, he doesn't think that was the only thing behind the song - 'Scream' is also about the "live performance" and the "energy". He said:

"Let's get going, summer is almost here. It's intended to be that, but I don't think that was the only thing. We thought about live performance, we thought about mixing and matching and also giving people an energy that only [producer Max Martin] would be able to create."

As previously reported, Usher recently admitted that he sometimes forgets his own dance moves due to difficult combinations.
