It's been announced today that David and Victoria Beckham are expecting their fourth child this summer.

The couple already have three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5.

Victoria Beckham's spokeswoman said both their families were "naturally delighted" at the news.

Beckham told the February 2011 issue of Vogue magazine she was open to the idea of having another child: "Maybe one day another baby, but at this stage I think the chances of a girl are quite slim."
