Eccentric singer, producer and instrumental innovator Look Mum No Computer has shared his new single, 'Modern Gas', the follow-up to his feel-good debut, 'Groundhog Day'.

Combining immersive layers of home-built synthesisers with infectious vocals that provide an explosive commentary on the perils and futilities of modern life, 'Modern Gas' is a hook-laden electro-belter which evokes a future-phobic incarnation of Blur wrapped in a warm blanket of analogue invention.

The track is accompanied by a surreal video, which sees one of his Franken-synth creations, Kosmo MK II, come alive, wreaking dystopian havoc around town while Look Mum No Computer performs in the sea.

Despite 'Modern Gas' only being his second single, Look Mum No Computer has already built a massive online following as a musical inventor. His videos for his inventions including the Flamethrower Organ , the Synth Bike and Furby Organ , alongside various other online adventures have clocked up over 30 million views, and he packs out headline shows in both the UK and Europe.

Having toured his mindboggling musical inventions all around the world, fans have a taste of the great surprises and sense of the bizarre that comes with Look Mum No Computer live.

Following his sold out headline show at London's Electrowerkz and an extensive sold out tour in Germany last month, Look Mum No Computer will be performing at Deer Shed Festival in July.
