Julius Cowdrey is a 23 year-old British singer, songwriter from Canterbury. Despite coming from a famous sporting background where his father and grandfather both captained the England cricket team, Julius discovered his talent and passion for music at a very young age whilst singing in the school choir and began songwriting at the age of 16.

In 2013 Julius introduced live music to famous West End nightclub Mahiki, and has become a regular headliner at the best music venues in London including The Troubadour. Over the past year he’s divided his time between London, New York and LA.  

After receiving tremendous reviews of his performance as a guest of the prestigious Society’s Choice on Fifth Avenue, he was invited back to perform for a second consecutive year. Having spent time working on his music in New York, he took the West coast by storm and was quickly asked to headline at multiple exclusive rooftop parties and to perform at Bar Lubitsch in West Hollywood.  

In Autumn 2016 the singer, songwriter made his television debut as a new cast member of hit reality TV series ‘Made In Chelsea’ and is quickly becoming one of the leading male roles of Season 12.  

Julius found his true music inspiration since moving to London and has created his own unique sound within the acoustic pop genre. Based off his live performances he’s been compared to Ed Sheeran behind a piano with the expression and emotion of Adele.  

Years into his music journey Julius is currently writing and recording new material alongside writers based in London and LA. His debut single 7 Roads (I See You) is released on 25th Nov 2016.
