OPHELIA CACHE JOINS GUCCI MANE, TRAVIS SCOTT AND JERMAINE DUPRI IN DIGTRACKS TOP 40Brooklyn, New York - September, 16 2016
MAKES HER MAINSTREAM DEBUT IN HIGH FASHION Ophelia Cache enters the Digtracks chart at No. 30 today (September 16) wit Cracks as she wraps up the second week of her release. Sitting at its peak position on the Digtracks Top 50 Hip Hop Rankings, Cracks has blown past competitors on its way to joining Gucci Mane, Travis Scot, K Camp and Wiz Khalifa in the Top 40.
Ophelia’s creative thread is not your typical homage to the torch music of the 40’s. She combines her love of Billy Holiday and Judy Garland with that of the most recent innovators in the art of songwriting. Her understanding of music, she says comes from performing as a classical musician, even playing Carnegie Hall at 16, and also from her love of left-leaning music of all genres. Throw in collaborations with some of the top producers in the world and launching her new label Midnight Society Music, Ophelia is definitely well on her way to becoming a leading lady in music; already looking to set trends by merging hip hop with southern goth and pop to create one of the most unique sounds in the past decade. Her public relations tour began on September 6 in Stroudsburg, PA at WESS FM 3 days before the release of her latest single. Ophelia intends to continue to tour the North-East and South-East regions of the United States throughout the course of her promotions. September 16, 2016 8:29pm ET by Division One Finance |
